Inspired by the culture of the Himalayas where I was born, I dedicated this year's senior collection to my home country Nepal. Nepal is a beautiful country with many diverse groups and I wanted to portray the essence by incorporating various colors and designs that would be fit for everyone.
I had an amazing time creating these designs and working with my fellow classmates to present our collections at the main event. The fabric was transported from Nepal to give that authenticity and is also the same fabric used for creating our traditional wear. In my design, I have incorporated some elements from my cultural dress called " Bhakhu" or " Chupa".
